Estate Management
We manage property the way we manage our own, because most of it is our own. Day-to-day maintenance, tenant liaison, compliance and reporting are handled in-house by a team that knows every building on the schedule, rather than passed to a managing agent who has never set foot in it.

01 / Scope
What we handle
The same work we do on our own buildings, which is the only reason we are any good at it.
- Maintenance
- Planned and reactive maintenance run by our own team, with contractors we use repeatedly rather than whoever is cheapest that week.
- Tenant liaison
- A named contact for occupiers, so issues are reported to someone who knows the building rather than a call centre.
- Compliance
- Fire, electrical and gas safety, certification and record keeping, tracked centrally across every building on the schedule.
- Rent and arrears
- Collection, reconciliation and a clear escalation route when payments slip, handled without a third-party agent in the middle.
- Service charge
- Budgets set annually, spend tracked against them, and the reconciliation shared with the people paying it.
- Reporting
- Regular reporting on condition, occupancy and spend, so owners can see how an asset is actually performing.
