Land Light Limited was founded in 2001 and has since undertaken a variety of projects within Leeds City Centre.

Our projects include the renovations of Oxford House and 6 Butts Court now offering modern, serviced office spaces in the heart of Leeds. 117 The Headrow, formerly offices, and Basinghall Buildings, a 19th Century building with stunning period features, are part of the Mansio Suites brand, offering luxury serviced apartments for short and long-term stays. Our first renovation project within the Mansio Residence brand was Park Square followed by Trafalgar house, each building comprises of 30 luxury apartments for longer-term stays.

All developments have been completed to the highest specification and utmost care has been given to breathe new life into each building whilst keeping its history and character intact.

We are currently renovating two properties in Leeds, one in Headingley and one in Oakwood. Both our Headingley and Oakwood developments will introduce our new range of Mansio Homes and will be completed to the same standard as the rest of our projects.
