Our Mansio Residence properties offer long-term stays aimed at Professionals and Students requiring a place to call home in Leeds. Park Square was the first property to form part of the Mansio Residence range followed by Trafalgar House. Both properties comprise of 30 luxury apartments. Each apartment features a fully equipped and modern kitchen, spacious open plan living and dining area and luxury marbled bathroom including rainfall Hansgrohe shower. Designed with every detail in mind, the Mansio Residence apartments
range has recently expanded with the opening of our first Mansio Residence building in March 2017. Mansio Residence offers luxury apartments and modern décor for long-term stays.
Each apartment comes with brand new kitchens and bathrooms, modern and open living spaces and complementary wi-fi.

Mansio Suites Headrow offers 26 luxury apartments ranging between studios, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom deluxe to 2 bedroom suites located in the heart of Leeds city centre. Each serviced suite has been lovingly renovated to create a sense of style and luxury, creating the perfect balance between a hotel and home.
Mansio Suites Basinghall, nested in a quiet courtyard, opened in September 2016 and offers 23 luxury serviced apartments. Formerly offices, Basinghall buildings has undergone a huge transformation, incorporating the old with the new, we have lovingly restored the original features from 1896 including the historic entrance tiling and wrought iron bannisters. The apartments have been thoughtfully designed, with a sharp eye for detail, in honest whites and calming blues that showcase the beauty of the building.
With beautifully furnished spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens you are able to stay in and relax after a long day in the office or sightseeing.
